The time has come for the return of the in-person Activities Fair! The Fall Activities Fair will be held from Tuesday August 31st through Thursday September 2nd from 12pm-4pm ET in person on College Green. In addition to the in-person component, there will also be a virtual component on Penn Clubs each day from 6pm-8pm ET. Each club will be assigned to one day, similar to the virtual fairs last year, and club officers can choose to participate in only the in-person component, only the virtual PennClubs component, or both. This new Activity Fair structure will allow for more meaningful interactions between interested students and group members and create a better welcoming environment for everyone.

Club officers can sign their club up for the activities fair on PennClubs (pennclubs.com) as part of the annual club re-registration process. Signups will close at midnight at the end of Monday, August 23rd. On August 24th, all student clubs registered for the Fair will receive an email with more specifics on how the Fair will operate. Clubs will also be required to confirm their participation in the Fair.

Each club gets one table and two chairs, and you're welcome to bring whatever other supplies you may need. Here is a link to a free QR code generator (https://www.qr-code-generator.com/); we suggest linking a QR code to a Google Form instead of having students sign-up for your club on paper or on a communal laptop.

SAC Exec is having trouble with in-person signups at the moment. If a club signed up for the fair but hasn't yet received a follow-up email with a link to a Google Form, email fair@sacfunded.net. This issue should be resolved soon.
