This year’s registration for the SAC Activities Fair is now closed. The fair will be held from 12-4pm and split across three days. The fair will occur on Tuesday, August 29th to Thursday, August 31st.

Spring 2022 Activities Fair
This year’s registration for the SAC Activities Fair is now closed. The Fair will be held on February 5th and 6th in a hybrid format between in-person activities in Houston Hall and virtual fair opportunities on Penn Clubs. For information on table assignments, timing, and logistics, have your club rep check their recent emails. In-person gatherings will be from 11 pm - 3pm in the Houston Hall/Perelman Quad area of campus. Penn Clubs fair activities will be held during both evenings and is left to the discretion of club leaders to plan.

Fall 2021 Activities Fair
The time has come for the return of the in-person Activities Fair! The Fall Activities Fair will be held from Tuesday August 31st through Thursday September 2nd from 12pm-4pm ET in person on College Green. In addition to the in-person component, there will also be a virtual component on Penn Clubs each day from 6pm-8pm ET. Each club will be assigned to one day, similar to the virtual fairs last year, and club officers can choose to participate in only the in-person component, only the virtual PennClubs component, or both. This new Activity Fair structure will allow for more meaningful interactions between interested students and group members and create a better welcoming environment for everyone.
Club officers can sign their club up for the activities fair on PennClubs (pennclubs.com) as part of the annual club re-registration process. Signups will close at midnight at the end of Monday, August 23rd. On August 24th, all student clubs registered for the Fair will receive an email with more specifics on how the Fair will operate. Clubs will also be required to confirm their participation in the Fair.

Each club gets one table and two chairs, and you're welcome to bring whatever other supplies you may need. Here is a link to a free QR code generator (https://www.qr-code-generator.com/); we suggest linking a QR code to a Google Form instead of having students sign-up for your club on paper or on a communal laptop.
***IMPORTANT NOTE***
SAC Exec is having trouble with in-person signups at the moment. If a club signed up for the fair but hasn't yet received a follow-up email with a link to a Google Form, email fair@sacfunded.net. This issue should be resolved soon.
Spring Activities Fair Sign-Up Deadline 1/19
As we prepare for the new semester, this is a reminder that registration for the 2021 Spring Activities Fair will close at 11:59pm on Tuesday, January 19th. You can sign up any club for which you are an officer on the Penn Clubs website (https://pennclubs.com/fairs).
The fair will take place on January 26-28 from 5-7pm ET, with an additional optional morning session on January 27 from 8-10am ET. The fair schedule, of which clubs will attend on which days, will be sent out soon after registration closes. More information about the fair can be found on the Penn Clubs fair sign up page.

The SAC Directory of student organizations has been updated and can be viewed at https://pennclubs.com/. Information from this directory will be sent out to underclassmen prior to the fair. If you don't see your student organization listed or want any information changed, please email your liaison.

2017 Fall Activities Fair
Registration for the 2017 SAC Fall Activities Fair is now open! You can register here.
Registration will close on Monday, August 14th at 11:59 p.m., so please register as soon as possible! Any group that registers after the deadline will be waitlisted and assigned a table if available. All registered participant groups will be contacted by August 21st with details about the fair.
This year’s fair will be held on Thursday, August 31st from 5–8 p.m.

2016 Spring Activities Fair
The Spring Activities Fair will be held on Sunday, January 17th from 10 AM to 1 PM in Houston Hall.
Registration will be open until Saturday, January 2th at 11:59 PM. After registration closes, tables will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis as availability permits.
