After evaluating SAC's finances for the 2013-2014 academic year, the SAC Executive Board will be recommending a partial lift of the new group moratorium at the September 2014 GBM.

The moratorium will be lifted for student organizations that fall into all SAC categories except for Arts. Retaining the moratorium on new Arts groups will allow SAC and PAC to continue to work on a sustainable system for funding facilities costs.
